Biografia:
Neal Morse em sua adolescência, como muitos, sonhava em ser um cantor/compositor de sucesso, as coisas não deram muito certo pra ele nesse segmento.
Foi quando ele decidiu de vez se dedicar à sua paixão pelo Rock progressivo (gênero que obviamente não traria sucesso a ele), que se junto com seu irmão Alan e fundou o Spock’s Beard.
Em 1995 gravaram o primeiro disco da banda com todo o dinheiro que conseguiram e, o mais inesperado aconteceu, o sucesso veio!
A banda foi (e ainda é) uma das mais respeitadas dentro do cenário Progressivo, dos anos 90 até hoje.
O sucesso bateu a porta de Neal mas algo ainda não estava certo, bom, ele encontrou em sua fé o porto seguro que precisava. Em 2002 ele abandonou (com dificuldade) o Spock’s Beard e também o Transatlantic e começou uma nova jornada musical e espiritual.
Em 2003 era lançado Testimony um disco duplo que contava a história do próprio Neal até aquele momento. Desde então Neal vem se superando disco após disco, sendo elogiado ano após ano.
Seu disco mais recente é o duplo Testimony Two (2011).
